Privacy policy

Ainsa Finance is a trading name used by Ainsa AG (“Our Company”).

This privacy policy explains how Our Company uses the personal data we collect from you when you use our website (www.ainsafinance.com).

1.  What data do we collect?

Our Company presently collects the following data:

- Personal identification information.  These are the name and email address that you provide for registration and subscription (sign-in and sign-up). Your password is stored internally by the hosting platform we use, which is called Learnworlds (www.learnworlds.com).

Learnworlds has strict protections around user passwords, which means that neither we, nor Learnworlds staff, can access the password. Forgotten passwords cannot be retrieved, so must be reset.

- If you use your social-media login to sign-in to our website (e.g. Google, Facebook, Linkedin, Apple ID, X, etc.) instead of using a name, e-mail and password, these would also be processed through the hosting platform Learnworlds, which stores and processes the user data to provide their services. All such data is stored securely by Learnworld on Google Cloud servers in Europe and the U.S.A., with strict security measures in place.

When a user registers using a social media account, they must continue to use that account to login. Thereafter, any password changes should only be carried out via that particular social media account and not via Learnworlds.

- We use the payment platform Stripe (www.stripe.com) integrated into Learnworlds, to receive your payment data, but we do not directly store you debit or credit card payment details that you use to purchase courses.

For subscription purchases, Stripe stores the credit card information of users to facilitate recurring payments. Learnworlds does not handle or store any credit card data themselves. Instead, they rely on trusted payment gateways like Stripe, which are PCI DSS Level 1 Service Providers. This ensures that all transactions are handled securely and in compliance with industry standards.
